The sartorial cut of the furnishings, the Milanese spirit and vintage undertones converge with the nuanced chromatic palette of greys and browns. Warm and dark colours which, together with soft lighting and a mellow atmosphere, evoke the legendary New York temples of jazz. The pervasive presence of wood confers even greater warmth to the collection, whilst brushed bronze details in the finish illuminate it with perfectly placed accents.

In the living room, the most simultaneously intimate and open welcoming space in the house, the York sofa plays a starring role, perfect for incorporating within a luxurious and up-to-date context. Its design is evocative of the business-oriented environments of the great American cities: the simplicity imparted by the linearity of the piece is balanced by the refinement of the bespoke upholstery that emphasises the link with the world of men’s fashion. The decorative side inserts on the armrest are an nod to the tailored suits of business men and their briefcases. The contrast between colours and materials – nubuck in a neutral and delicate shade of grey for the upholstery with details picked out in dark brown leather – gives this transversal and sophisticated aesthetic ensemble a very decisive character. The top is embellished with a diamond-shaped decoration in a smokey grey finish that contrasts with the light colour of the legs and is rounded to lend an overall sense of softness. The Madison armchair is also a feature of the dining area, of vintage inspiration and designed with undercurrents of a revisited Brazilian style.
